"The Riot"

Hookline Theatre are presenting 'The Riot' by Nick Darke at Callington Community College

Directed by Harry Forbes-Pearce and Theresa Forbes-Pearce and starring our very own Jonathon Plunkett as Bolitho.

"Newlyn.  Sunday night.  1896.  Fishermen demonstrate violently against the Sunday fishing fleet from Lowestoft .  There's hell up down the ‘arbour and there's bloodshed in the kitchen.  Bolitho wants his chutney, Mother's always friskee, The Women want their baccy, Billy wants a lady, and Harriet wants Revenge.  I Predict ‘The Riot'."
