Youth Speaks 2010

The annual Youth Speaks Competition was held at Callington Community College.

For the first time ever there was an entry from an intermediate group from three year 10s.

They produced a speech on the question of whether gaming is harmful to young people. The speech had to be timed to the exact minute, introduced by Piers as the chair, delivered by Tom and summed up by Rachel.  These students did an excellent job in representing their school.

Next year we are hoping to open this up to more students, so look out for the notices in the Autumn term.
