Ten Tors Success

"Well done" to our Ten Tors Challenge teams...

The Callington Community College Ten Tors Teams successfully completed the challenge on the weekend of May 9th/10th 2009, proving that months of training have well and truly paid off.

The 35 mile challenge was completed by Annabel Bond, Ben Brown, Dom Higgins, Cameron Glet, Jon Maclachlan and Elliot Smith.

The 45 mile challenge was completed by Dave Collard, Tim Exley, Callum Smith, Jackson Sweeney, Izzy Taylor and Jack Taylor.

The 35 mile team narrowly pipped the 45 mile team, coming in at the finish at 13:20.  However, the 45 mile team did have another ten miles to cover, and did equally brilliantly, coming in at 14:00.

The College is very proud of the teams.  We hope to update with more information and pictures about this event shortly.
